Just walk up and down the avenue among lots of green trees and old buildings, sit in any cafe or restaurant in mid-afternoon and enjoy the world go by. Green, warm and friendly place with positive vibe. wonderful bookstore called GOULARD about midway on the cours Mirabeau.

Few steps to Cours Mirabeau and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and cafes. The host Jean-Philippe met me upon arrival and was very hospitable. He assisted me with my luggage and showed me around the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The Washing machine in the apartment was a big plus.

It is quiet and peaceful, and it's the best location possible for easy access to Cours Mirabeau, the outdoor markets, and all the sites. I absolutely loved it! Laurena at the front desk, who is the manager, is top-notch. She arranged taxi service for me twice and was so helpful and welcoming. I felt so well looked-after with her at the helm.
