The 4-star Macdonald Burlington Hotel is located in a Victorian property in the heart of the city center, a 30 seconds walk from New Street Station.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb – right on New Street and just a short walk to shops, Tesco, restaurants, and the Bullring shopping centre. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite overlooking New Street, which was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Ms. Mini, who was so kind and friendly – she really made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again for our next visit!

I always love the warm and welcoming atmosphere whenever I stay here. From the moment I check in to the moment I check out, the customer service is outstanding. Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. A special shoutout to Shesh and Patrycja from the bar and restaurant—they were incredible - improved the whole experience. I also appreciate the convenience of USB connections at the switched socket outlets. Can't wait to come back!

This modern 4-star hotel is 1640 feet from Birmingham New Street Rail Station and the Bullring shopping center. It has stylish, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a gym.

Room is average, clean and bed is comfortable. A/C is quite not really cold. Hotel close to the station and accessible to other destinations.

    I was fortunate enough to have gone to the split level pre-remodelled market stalls. (1993) … l really enjoyed those visits. Nowadays it’s too much expensive or branded items in shops ! The older indoor/outdoor market, next to The huge Church (St Martins?) , is MUCH better. More atmosphere!👌.

    Huge shopping centre with major brands (Selfridges alone is 4 floors with a large food court on the ground floor), but there's also Superdrug/Nando's etc so something for everybody. Bullring is directly connected (via a walkway) to Grand Central (Birmingham Central train station), with a huge array of shops, restaurants, juice bars etc. Both definitely very worth visiting.

    The bullring has some nice restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Bonehead chicken at 8 LOWER SEVERN STREET, just above the Bullring and a short walk down the street. Chaopraya, below the Bull ring does nice Thai food.

    Apartment's conveniently located. Short walk to Bullring shopping center, Birmingham coach bus station, outdoor markets for fresh food, fruit and vegetables and local car rental. There are a few pubs around and a variety of dining places if you prefer to eat out. Management was very accommodating to us and was quick to respond if we needed anything. John was excellent!

    Easy connected location. We took the x1 bus directly from the airport. The bullring shopping center and many restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk. The studio room was spacious and had a great kitchen. The gym facility was a good size and very clean.
