Lovely place great locatiin and really friendly and helpful staff nicely sized and quiet rooms with lots of extras.AND they were very accomodating for my cat. It is a rarity you can travel with cat and actually feel welcomed.

The team at the Resident are absolutely brilliant. From the moment we booked and throughout our stay, the team have been really communicative and personable. They are genuinely warm and kind, and enthusiastic to help.
We stayed for my husband’s birthday and when we checked in to our room they had placed balloons and a hand written and drawn card, such a lovely touch!
The hotel is in a great location, close to several attractions and tube lines. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
