The room was clean and bright and so appealing. The location in the village of Lime Kiln was delightful on the water and unexpectedly charming and NOT CROWDED. Its proximity to the Edinburgh airport was such a plus.

Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Plenty of big towels. Lots of hot water. The room itself was cold at times. Very nice bar area. I am Coeliac and appreciated the gluten free section at breakfast - a good selection of GF items kept separate from the rest of the food. Reception staff were excellent, also the bar and restaurant staff. A nice gym.

Everything was wonderful about this property. From the staff to the facilities, the cleanliness and atmosphere. We would fly to Scotland again just to stay here! And, a Tesco in a stone's throw was fantastic. Short walk to South Queensferry with places to eat and stores to shop.

Boutique bedrooms and 3 levels of outside decking make the most of Orocco Pier's waterside setting.

The location is quiet and picturesque. The Inn is beautifully decorated, the rooms and beautiful and spacious. We had dinner in the restaurant which was amazing and equally so was the next days breakfast. We highly recommend!
