The location was good for visiting Solihull and the NEC. Tv was good in the room with very good sound and picture. Nigel the host very friendly and informative. He makes the place good!

We arrived in the early hours of the morning to a Receptionist that did not have the courtesy to even greet us. The heat in the hotel was very apparent in the Reception area, which got steadily worse as we rose to the 8th floor to our allocated bedroom.
