Excellent stay. We had a warm welcome from the reception staff.
The hotel was very clean and the room was a great size with all amenities. The room was modern, bed very comfortable and the bathroom had lovely toiletries to use during the stay.
Located in Stoke on Trent, 8.7 km from Trentham Gardens, Hilton Garden Inn Stoke On Trent provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

The hotel and location were fine. The biggest let down was the staff. They were all miserable from check in to check out. We were very concerned about the lack of courtesy from the staff at breakfast - in fact a member of staff removed our crockery before we had finished eating and another was very rude before we sat down to eat. The room was too warm and the air conditioning mal-functioning. The cost of the room and breakfast was very excessive considering the quality of service etc. A very disappointing experience.
Holiday Inn Express Stoke-On-Trent is just off junction 15 of the M6 and is a 10-minute drive from Stoke city centre.

Breakfast was lovely. As a disabled person I was unable to sit on the armchairs in reception whilst waiting for guest, as they were far too low, so I had to go sit in my car. The staff were wonderful.
