I wasn't sure if the property would be as nice as I hoped but it exceeded our expectations in every way!

The staff were great! Super friendly and helpful from the start to end.
We loved that breakfast was included, it really added to the over all value of our stay. It had delicious options for breakfast, as well as a fruits/cereals/bread.
The grounds were well kept, the golf course looked beautiful (not a golfer though). They had a lovely walking path towards the ruins of a castle. Its a nice walk weaving through a bit of the course so just be careful of that.

It’s a very clean hotel and I had a nice spacious king room. It’s a big place, so not exuding charm, but it’s a practical stop coming down from Donegal. There are some beautiful spots around Benbulbin worth exploring. I would recommend this place because the facilities are well maintained and the bar/restaurant on site are decent. The trad music in the bar was a nice touch.
