I have stayed at all the Ahuja Residences properties by now (or most of them) and they are all a joy to stay in. I liked this one for its location and its excellent prices. I stayed there twice actually, two weeks apart. I was in Delhi for work, but I took advantage of the great location and went for a morning walk in the Mehrauli Archeological park (a short auto ride away) and also ate at Haldirams in Malviya Nagar. The staff are kind and attentive and responsive to requests. The property, like all Ahuja Residences properties, is well-maintained. You can't go wrong with this hotel!
