You felt the luxury from the moment you arrive, the breakfast at the Orchid was absolutely delicious also, the staff really kind and patient. The way the room was organized at morning and then prior the bed time they take the time to leave the pijamas ready and some chocolates. It was absolutely amazing

Amazing hotel in a quiet neighborhood but well located to the subway station. Breakfast options were really nice. The room was small, but the good size will all amenities. The staff was welcoming and polite. I recommend it.

The location was great for us. It is a little out of the way of the major crowds, so the area is relaxed and pleasant to walk around. A decent amount of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the stadiums, shrines, and parks. It's couple of miles from many major places we wanted to go, with close train stations for quick access to the rest of Tokyo, so we switched between walking and taking the trains. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, with good amenities. The rooms are spacious (a big reason for choosing it) and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant for breakfast/lunch, and a convenience store on the lower level for food, drink and supplies.

I stayed for 1 week there and it was impeccable. Services 10/10, location 10/10 literaly few meters from underground station, food / restaurants 9/10 really reccomend the vikings breakfast, public bath perfect and complete 10/10, room 10/10 large space / clean / high floor with great view of Ginza. Definitely I’ll come back to Tokyo and will stay there again - great value for money! Attention to details and tradition are high standards!
