Super comfortable bed, friendly and compassionate staff, delicious breakfast with good variety of options, great location and proximity to all the city's major sights---there's literally nothing I'd complain about. So happy I found this gem and it was super affordable.

Mercure Almaty City Center features air-conditioned rooms in Almaty.

I thought the breakfast and dinner had a good range of healthy options, and I especially appreciated that there were gluten-free options available. I also really liked the room service online ordering system - it made things extremely easy. The staff also did a good job and spoke great English.

Located 10 minutes’ walk from Almaty’s central avenue, Abay Prospekt, this hotel features free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a fridge.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the city center. The street is vibrant with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel is small, but very clean and the service is excellent. The staff—Igor, Mila, and Nguyen—were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The entrance is at the back of the building, but it’s safe and easy to access. Overall, a great stay!
