On check in I was told I couldn't be upgraded at my cost due to using booking.com, I was told I should have booked directly with IHG. I was placed in a room with no view and no windows that open. It was an awful experience. I was willing to pay to upgrade. I recommend you remove the hotel from booking.com for mistreating your clients.

Location is great, near Metro, food and the area had a calm, comfortable vibe. Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful. Would choose hotel again.
