The boat leaves right in front of this lodge and it was convenient. There's nothing fancy in the room but it satisfies our basic needs.

It's quiet, with beautiful scenery, basic but perfectly suited rooms to the area, with tea & coffee making facilities, towels and soap, & a mini fridge in your room. The restaurant over the road served yummy food and catered for a variety of dietary needs. It was perfect.

The lodges feel like they are deep in the jungle and, even though they are part of a larger 6- or 7-lodge setup, you cannot see or hear other guests. It was the perfect rainforest retreat. We ate at the restaurant that evening after receiving a message to pre-order. This worked really well and we enjoyed our food. Scott was really helpful in recommending local sights to see.
