They provided comprehensive support in every aspect of the stay. They even helped to provide transportation to the train stations

Pension Ringo-no Ki is a completely non-smoking property located in Hakuba. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. There is a hairdryer, free toiletries and slippers on site. The breakfast was great. Yoshi dropped us off each day for hiking. Rooms great. Onsen excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A 5-minute drive from Hakuba Happoone Ski Resort, Pension Belnia offers cosy accommodations and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Belnina locates in a quite convenient spot of Echoland to access shuttle buses to many ski resorts. The host Taka and his wife were really hospitable and friendly, and they also recommended restaurants and coffee shops when being asked, which were all delicious! I truly had a lovely stay there.

A 15-minute drive from Pilatus Ski Resort, chalet-like Nomanomori offers quaint Western rooms. It features a garden with a terrace, free Wi-Fi and a cosy lounge with a fireplace. Delightful cosy b&b with the most friendly, helpful and generous owners. Rooms are not huge but ample for a couple with lovely outlook over the garden. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious, served in a nice dining room with open fireplace nearby. The owners generously offered to serve us a home cooked meal for dinner one evening as we were having difficulty finding an open restaurant. It was delicious. Private bathrooms are small but adequate however they have a great large indoor bath/spa for guests which was so relaxing. Plenty of lovely places to visit, drives, local onsen etc and the owners have lots of local knowledge and information. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. The pension has a lovely onsen built into the main building we truly love soaking in at the end of an active day on the slopes. It's the perfect way to close the day. The couple who run the Pension are such nice, helpful people. Especially when it comes to organising/interfacing with travel for day trips or even grocery shopping. 100% recommend

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. Such an amazing place to stay. Cabins are spacious and warm and perfect for a family or group of friends. Onsite onsen was great.

Situated a 2-minute walk from the Happo Bus Terminal, the completely non-smoking Ski-Kan features a hot-spring bath and hotel-wide free WiFi. The staff are adorable. They would make restaurant reservation for us. Everyday, we got a homemade afternoon snack. The onsen was a really nice treat after a day of skiing. The shuttle bus stop to go to Nakiyama chair lifts and Adam’s gondola is 30 seconds away and runs every 30 min, or you can walk 10 min.

ペンションヴォルケ is located in Shinano, 32 km from Suzaka City Zoo, 34 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park, and 40 km from Ryuoo Ski Park. Hiro and Mari the host and dog. Very friendly. Also the mini onsen and the comfortable room

With mountain views, Japan Snowsports is set in Iiyama and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, sun terrace and barbecue. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Very similar to a European chalet holiday with a Japanese feel. Owners and staff were very friendly and attentive and organised everything from transport to lift passes, dinner bookings to serving a delicious breakfast.
