Our stay in the Borneo Jungle Adventure lodge was nothing short of spectacular! From the seamless pick-up and drop-off from Sandakan to the incredible activities arranged by the lodge, every detail was perfect. The lodge itself was well-equipped and comfortable, and we were thrilled to find reliable WiFi in the common area. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the river cruises, expertly guided by Linda and her team. Their knowledge and dedication were evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure we saw the best wildlife the region has to offer, including the elusive Big 5. Linda's passion and expertise truly enhanced our experience, making each cruise an adventure to remember. A special mention goes to the food – the best Malaysian home-cooked meals we’ve ever had! The lodge graciously accommodated our vegetarian request, and every meal was a delightful culinary experience. This stay comes highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Borneo's jungle while enjoying excellent hospitality and thrilling wildlife adventures. Thank you to Linda and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

Eating delicious food while listening to the sound of the ocean and spending time with the friendly staff is the ultimate relaxing experience. thank you so much everything!!!

Staðsett á 100 metra hæð með útsýni yfir Kinabatangan-skógarfriðlandið. The Last Frontier Boutique Resort er staðsett í Bilit, í 2 klukkustunda akstursfjarlægð frá hinu fallega Sandakan. Lodging, meals, guiding... all was superb (including the sightings of pygmy elephants and orangutans). The people at the Last Frontier Resort are very passionate about their jobs and they excel at it. Rodel was a great guide and Jason went out of his way to make sure our onward journey by bus would work smoothly. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Would be 11 out of 10 (if that was a possibility). So if you get the chance - book it :)

Comfortable dining room with complete kitchen facilities. Comfortable and very clean room complete with iron, hair dryer,kettle. Stunning and wonderful view of Mount Kinabalu. Definitely will stay again. The owner/host very nice and helpful.

What a holidays I passed at maglami! I missed Maglami as soon as I left! The staff are cheerful and very friendly, available and caring for all travellers. Tampat do Aman er umkringt gróskumiklum gróðri og býður upp á gistirými í Kg Tiga Papan, 30 km frá Kudat. Gististaðurinn býður upp á akstursþjónustu gegn aukagjaldi (sjá smáa letrið). Howard was so passionate and informative, he went above and beyond to make this a great stay for us. Nothing was too much trouble and his family were so welcoming and hospitable. The lodges are a great location in the jungle, but also a 25 minute walk to the beach. It's an interesting but also peaceful environment to spend a few days exploring the area. The beach walk recommend by Howard was amazing, it's like paradise!
