The Dome Waikino is located in Waikino. The accommodation is 23 km from Waihi Beach, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. Such a beautiful, natural and convenient location. It was also very private! We were greeted by the alpacas upon arrival and Amir was an amazing host! he even provided us with firewood to make a gorgeous fire at night. He was very responsive to our messages as well - a lovely host who gave us so many local tips and tricks. We will be coming back again! Highly recommend this unique spot, perfect for couples!

Set in tranquil surroundings with large landscaped grounds and a picturesque garden terrace with mountain views, Tongariro Crossing Lodge offers uniquely spacious rooms with historic character. The staff provided exceptional guidance so that we could take stunning views of the mountains during sunset. Very high quality breakfast. Overall, exceeded my expectations in this rather remote/resource limited (to a city person at least) location.

Located in Whangamata, 1.9 km from Whangamata Beach, Amazing Kiwi Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. Clare and Ralph were the nicest people you will find! Whatever we needed, they made sure we got it. They respected our privacy and wouldn't even knock on the door to leave stuff behind when we were in the lodge! Just one text to Clare and she would answer you ASAP and try to fulfil all your wishes!

Just 5 minutes' drive from Lake Karapiro, Kauri Lodge Karapiro offers free WiFi, mountain views and accommodation with a patio. This is a beautiful property with an awesome view. Shona was great. The space was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend booking, you will not regret it!

Nestled amongst a lush valley, Wairua Lodge guests enjoy free continental breakfast and free in-room Wi-Fi. Guests can relax outdoors in the hot tub or enjoy the romantic treetop bathhouse. What an amazing location, deep in the bush, overlooking a river at the bottom of the ravine. The hosts, Debbie and Ernst, were friendly and helpful. The home-made bread and honey from the bees in the back garden were absolutely delicious. Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Drive to Whitianga was just over 15 minutes, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds, forest and sea.

La Casa Te Puru Lodge features panoramic views of Thames, Hauraki Gulf and the rugged Coromandel Ranges. Everything about the place is wonderful. Great view, outstanding gardens and grounds.

Boasting a terrace and room service, Hare's Rest is attractively set in Taupo, 31 km from Orakei Korako Cave and Thermal Park and 31 km from Orakei Korako - The Hidden Valley. it’s a quite peaceful place

Ideally located just 5 minutes' drive from Whitianga town centre, WoodyHanger Lodge features views over Mercury Bay and is just metres away from native bush. It boasts an outdoor pool with bay views. The location was incredible, but was matched by the facilities and the hospitality of Warren and Carol. The room was excellent and we enjoyed the view so much we got take out from town and came back to eat out on the balcony. The breakfast was perfect. We really wish we could have stayed longer

Offering sea views, Mercury Ridge in Cooks Beach offers accommodation, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Amazingly beautiful property with stunning views of Cooks Beach. We loved getting to know the owners and they were very gracious throughout our stay. Home cooked breakfasts, lots of local knowledge and recommendations. You won’t regret your stay at Mercury Ridge.
