Nothing was too much trouble - they even baked a little cake and sang happy birthday to my dad. The food was exceptional, and the service, top notch. Our daily game drives were mesmerising, made all the more enjoyable by the fabulous Theo! When does he sleep ? That's what I want to know. Anytime you need anything, Theo is there. He is kind, funny, and has a wealth of knowledge on all species, flora, and fauna. You can not go wrong with a trip to Zulu Rock Lodge - 5 star treatment all the way. Man, what an experience!

The cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and roomy, and the beds were comfortable. The wood-heated hot tub was fun. Guest could rent bikes, buy firewood, and 'shop' in the farm stall for fresh eggs, honey, wonderful homemade freezer meals, and much more There are several trails right out the front door that enable you to hike or mountain bike to a reserve with zebras and giraffes.
