Its a beautiful property !The view from the cabin is fantastic , it was wonderful to see the animals grazing freely and happily. Effort has been taken to create an environment of being rustic, earthy yet comfortable. The instructions were perfect and we could find our way easily to our cabin.

Location was great for local restaurants and getting around the city / out and about. Dalene our host was fantastic. She was super helpful and gave us insights into Cape Town and the Western Cape. Breakfast was great. Parking was secure. Room, property, pool was super clean.

Offering panoramic views of the Cederburg Mountain Range, Simbavati Cederberg Ridge is located 7 km from Clanwilliam. Each suite has a private patio with mountain views. This was the second time we was here. We was here 2 years ago in November 2019 and that is the reason we are back. It's fantastic little place, with great staff and Management ( Craig and his wife( sorry can't remember your name )). Last time we had a great tour the cave paintings. We started at 0530 as it was VERY VERY hot - up to 42 degrees ! But a fantastic tour with a very good guide, so this time we took the mountin tour and also the tour on the damm. It wasn't the biggest of boats, so it was Craig as the "captain", med and my wife and a couple from Capetown and then it was full. VERY windy ( small waves) and the damm is very loong - 22km. Craig told us about the damm and we also stopped for some drinks. Nice tour, but the wind wasn't that nice. The mountin tour with Craig was a great trip as well. Quiet cold - down to +10 degrees up in the mountins. But it was very interesting to move around among great rock formations and great views. We stopped at Cederberg Wines for a wine tasting and we also had our lunch there - as the weather wasn't the best. Wines from Cederberg are very very good - so if you haven't tried them - please do ! Last time we stayed in the Classic Room( mountin views ) and it was good and now this time in one of the suites - PERFECT! Fantastic room and views ! Did sleep like a king ! The food is still very very good - but last time it was slightly better. But the service is still fantastic ! It's a place to love and to come back to, many times more....

מקום האירוח Knysna Elephant Park Lodge שוכן במרחק של 14 ק''מ ממועדון הגולף גוס ואלי, ויש בו מסעדה, גינה, טרקלין משותף וטרסה. One of the most memorable stays of our trip on the Garden route. The rooms are spacious and clean, and adjoin the sleeping shed for the beautiful elephants. We saw them lie down to sleep and woke up at sunrise to see them in the shed with better light (quite dark and hard to see at night). Everything is clean and very well run. The animals are well looked after. Feeding them was an unforgettable experience. Thank you. Nice breakfast (slightly oily) and good gift shop. Highly recommend.

מקום האירוח Benguela שוכן במרחק של 1.8 ק''מ מסטנפורדס ביי, ויש בו מסעדה, גינה, טרקלין משותף וטרסה. יש אינטרנט אלחוטי בחינםבכל רחבי מקום האירוח. הכל היה נהדר! חדרים נקיים עם מקלחת גדולה ופינת ישיבה בחוץ, אפשרות לעשות כביסה, איזור מטבח משותף ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת! ואחד היתרונות המרכזיים היו שיש להם גנרטור מעולה שמאפשר שימוש חלקי בחשמל גם בזמן ההפסקות חשמל (אור, טלויזיה וייפי ועוד!) נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה שם:)
