It was a great location. Beautiful and clean rooms. Nice selection of amenities and free parking. We also were given a complimentary bottle of Champagne because it was a birthday celebration. The staff was very kind, helpfull and willing to understand someone that didn't know their language. The hotel was also very easy to find as it was nearly a landmark in je area.

Rose Lips Shinsaibashi ローズリップス心斎橋 features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV in the Chuo Ward district of Osaka. Room size, bathroom size, TV, all amazing. Toiletries and service were beyond excellent!!! Staff was wonderful!
