    Alex was the kindest host. I checked in late and he left his event to welcome me. The accommodation was luxurious and well decorated. I especially enjoyed the brand new gym and pool area. 5 stars all the way. Other guests were international and friendly. I enjoyed our conversations in the living room. The building is luxurious, secure, easy to get around and on the waterfront.

    Outstanding facilities and tremendous views from the property. 5 minutes walk through inside the property to Dubai Fountains & Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa. It really worth the staying in Palace Downtown. I have been to different 5 stars hotels but this was one of the most memorable.
