We travelled to Montreux for the Jazz Festival and when we arrived we could not believe that the entrance to the festival was right outside the property. My friends could not believe I had secured such a great apartment in central Montreux. It is a very modern, clean, airy and functional apartment. Everything about it is perfect. The bed is so comfortable too. The hosts were exceptional in their desire to help, provide us transport into town or the train station and generally be available. They went above and beyond to assist when my wife lost her phone (which was found!). We are so glad we stayed at this quiet, private, hillside retreat! Our room was on the top floor with 2 balconies on the front overlooking the lake, and 2 balconies on the side. It was very large, with an equally large bathroom. The entire hotel is superbly decorated and elegant. The staff was outstanding in every respect, from the doormen and valets, to the reception and concierge, to the restaurant staff, as well as housekeeping.
