The property was just what we expected and considering how cold it was the property was always warm and good quality furnishings with plenty of everything you would need in a kitchen

Situated beneath the Mendip Hills, Burcott Mill Guesthouse is less than 2 miles from the cathedral city of Wells.

This guesthouse is a beautiful place. The room was very, very comfortable. The staff who were the owners, were really welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Home cooked food , and bread made from the flour they grind themselves in their flour mill. They run the mill at certain times and invite the guests to see it working, with its water wheel. Fascinating place. This was our second visit, and we can't wait to go back. Very highly recommend.

It was my ideal stay. All was perfect from the location, house, room, staff to breakfast. No amount words can describe the feeling. In short, I loved it.

With a restaurant and a bar onsite, The Bath Arms Hotel offers adult-only accommodation in the picturesque village of Cheddar. The Cheddar Gorge Caves are just 10 minutes' walk away.

Room was a good size, comfy bed, tea making stuff there and some nibbles. Bathroom good size with a fab shower . Lots of knobs , looks like steam punk. Food was excellent, best burgers anywhere by far. Good rear carpark for visitors. Really handy for the gorge as it's easy walking distance. We loved it and will be back

Everything! A lovely host where nothing was too much trouble. We were there for a family wedding at a nearby venue and the bride and 6 bridesmaids got ready there on the morning with an early visit from the hairdresser. Claire, the host, was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Even coming back to fresh chilled water and milk outside our room doors after the celebrations.

    Comfortable rooms, evening meal was excellent, they have a great chef there and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was amazing, however I just had coffee. I'd recommend staying here as they also have lots of parking right outside.

    Serving freshly cooked Eggs Royale will always earn 5 stars from me! A pot of peppermint tea added to my joy. My room was comfortable and warm. The staff at dinner and breakfast were attentive, friendly and helpful. My beef was an evening treat with loads of fresh vegetables and some excellent wine. Obviously a popular, well-run, local pub.

    This is the best B & B I've ever stayed in. Luxurious, spacious, immaculately clean room and bathroom. Facilities outstanding with very fine eye for detail. Appreciated fresh milk provided. Superb breakfast. The hosts are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Mine was a working visit and it was great going back to a quiet, relaxing room. Great location if you are visiting the Bath & West Showground.

    The room was lovely, decorations very in style, bath outstanding!! Breakfast was excellent, the bread was superb! Staff very friendly and adequate. Private parking 100 yards away, if full enough space on the street and in weekends possible to park in GP's carpark nearby
