It’s a great location for the O2 centre. Easy to walk there or further. The property feels safe and secure. It was useful having a secure parking space. It was helpful to have all your basic amenities at the property. There was good communication about asking for a check in at 2 instead of 3 which I welcomed as we were going to an event.

Excellent all round. The staff are so friendly and kind, making our stay truly memorable. We wish the staff a big thank you. The rooms were very well furnished and comfortable. The American Bar is a special place, it is charming and has a great atmosphere at all times of day. Excellent location for wandering around St James, the palace and parks, and for shopping.
