Situado a 2.5 km de Amoudara Beach y a 7 minutos a pie de Venetian Walls, Kipos Boutique Suites tiene habitaciones con aire acondicionado y un baño privado en Heraclión. Excelente alojamiento. Moderno, muy limpio y trato del personal exquisito. Bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad a pie, pero localizado en una calle muy tranquila. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, down to the smallest detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. I would even say that beyond the hotel’s excellent quality, what truly stands out is the outstanding service — it’s clear that this hotel not only offers quality, but most of all sells a top-tier experience. The facilities were excellent, the location was perfect, and the overall organization of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Although parking can be challenging in the city, the hotel provided convenient solutions that made everything hassle-free. Overall, it is a hotel I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend to anyone — everything was simply exceptional

Exceptional service: very nice and friendly staff, open bar with a wide choice of soft beverages and alcohol, delicious food. Here I have to specify that the best 2 restaurants were Main Restaurant and Greek Tavern - here you could always find something special for any of your cravens as well as wide choice of fish and sea food which was cooked for you on grill. The first hotel, where they know how to do perfect eggs. Excellent pools and beach. Very clean rooms and all the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!

Where do I start - we truly enjoyed our holidays at Enorme Santanna Beach Hotel. The facilities and rooms have very nice, clean design. From the hotel there is a nice view to the city and mountains. Hotel is located next to the beach which is fully equipped beach with comfortable sunbeds and beach bar. The beach is rocky - black rock and sand beach, but I really liked the character of the beach. Although the sea bottom itself is rocky, still it is possible to comfortably enter it and swim. Food was excellent - fresh and delicious, I especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner, it’s wide variety of different cusines and desserts were outstanding. The staff is friendly, kind and always ready to help you, so for the hotel staff itself I give 10/10. You are great and doing a great job there! As this was the first part of our trip and we did not want to do anything much just sunbathe on the beach and relax, we found this a perfect choice.

Hotel staff was really careful, a few days before arrival they asked if they should arrange a transfer - which was also outstanding. Check In was really the beginning of our vacation, the lady at the front desk took all the stress away and we enjoyed a drink while checking in. The rooms was definitely better than expected, very clean and comfy. We got two pods for the Nespresso machine per day, along with two bottles of water free of charge. Additional towels for our included pool have also been prepared. The food was good, I think everybody is able to get satisfied at the buffet. Good quality and also a good variety of meals. The hotel beach is clean and relaxing, I was a bit afraid because of some other reviews (street behind and planes), both did not really have an impact on us.
