It was spacious and the highlight for us was the projector to watch movies late into the night.

Make sure you save some time to relax in front of the lake to appreciate the view. The food was also excellent.

This place is beautiful in autumn, the garden is breathtaking, the onsen on the 10th floor is a must go. The room is large and confortable with a private onsen on the balcony that has a view to Mt. Fuji. Breakfast was included and it was great, many traditional japanese food and with a view to the garden/mt. Fuji. Great place to stay, me and my wife will want to go once more.

The onsen experience was great, even having Yukata for our 3 years old! Board games for kids and a long walk around the lake with some kids playground made it for a great time with the family. Food (breakfast and diner) was excellent, and a nice gift shop very well priced on the location!

On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!
