Location was fine. The only exception was the line of mold in the shower. It was surprising to see this. Room 418. Hotel staff was very professional when dealing with evening and morning crew.

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in our travels over the past 18 years. One would think it was just built... come to find out it was built in 2017! Cleanliness was remarkable, breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were responsive and accommodating. The gym was GREAT. The rooms were so very well appointed, and the decor was splendid. The value for money spent was top notch.

Beautiful design, nice bar in the lobby. Nice breakfasts. Very friendly reception staff. Convenient parking next to the hotel. I liked everything! I didn't visit the pool, I didn't have time.
The staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was better than the one I had a Marriott hotel at JFK airport.
The General Manager here is amazing. My company booked me at the wrong "Marriott" hotel. She called, got them to cancel without charging me, THEN matched their rate and put me in a Suite! This is exactly why I always stay here when I come through Columbus!!
