This is a wonderful place to stay. Super room, very large and a very comfy bed. The location is terrific. Avoca is a lovely place to stay. I would definitely choose to stay there again. The owner even let us do our laundry there. They also have plenty of kitchen equipment if you choose to eat in.

These other motels could learn a lot about how a guest facility should look and feel like using Avoca Motel as an example. The room was really good compared to others - well appointed and clean. And the spa and shower were fantastic. The rates were also very good, and hosts Candice & Andy were very friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay there again when in the region.

There was a small bbq area very clean too. There is also a double garage shed where there are cooking facilities and basic stuff for cooking and eating books a lounge area games. Perfect for large or small groups who want to share and eat together. It was also very clean and tidy. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. There is a small dairy next door for any supplies so convenient. Very quiet area. Would very much recommend Avoca motel.

It’s exactly what a country motel should be and truly excellent value for money. Good shower too!
