I had asked for rooms side by side as my mum was travelling with me and I needed to be able to support her with luggage etc. Motel manager contacted me a number of times to ensure we knew how to book in and to tell me he had upgraded my mum to the disability room. My mother appreciated the walk in shower and larger room.
