For the location and price you can’t beat it. The staff is the best part of staying here and my daughter loves Pepe the parrot in the lobby. Rooms are extra nice and comfortable along with being next door to a grocery store and the exit to Dollywood. My family will stay here as long as it is open. Thank you all for the memories made with my family.

We liked that it was far from the busy streets and had parking onsite (not all accommodations do in the center). The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the stream and the ability to have breakfast next to the stream. They were helpful in getting a crib for our young one despite not booking one. Great base for visiting the Smoky Mountains

The rooms are adorable and have mini refrigerators, a microwave, and even a fold out table that is very convenient for the space. It’s close to everything downtown, within walking distance. It’s also right on the creek. There are pleasant spots to sit and relax by the water, with your complimentary coffee from the office.
