The onsen (hot springs) was excellent. The location was convenient, a few minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus and restaurant area. The free extra drinks and snacks were available. The staff were very helpful.

The view of Sakurajima from our room was fantastic. The staff were kind and helpful. The free shuttle bus was good because the location wasn’t near a train station or the main part of town. There were restaurants and a grocery very close by and the breakfast at the hotel was very good with a lot of choices. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The spa was lovely and also had a great view. The staff was wonderful on the day we left because they arranged the taxi pick-up for us and gave us a box breakfast in exchange for our pre-paid breakfast which didn’t run early enough for us to have.

It is a beautiful hotel. I loved the main elevator and the cute wedding chapel. Also, the view of Sakurajima from our room was amazing. Their buffet was fantastic. There were so many choices and all of the food was delicious.
