The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Receptionist, waiters at bar, restaurant or cleaning staff all have been over the top. It is rare to find a place like that these days. We are from the island and from time to time spend a weekend away so we know a lot of places on the island and our short stay of only two nights made us relaxed like a whole week of vacation. The food was as well amazing. We enjoyed the quiet time out of the season and we will be back! Also I like to mention that we received 2 complementarity items for my birthday and that was overwhelming! Thank you again and see you soon!

Everything is very well organized. Great food quality and variety even for a picky people. Excellent entertainment program for both children and adults. The location with beach and walking routs proximity is exceptional .

Just across the road you can swim in the small bay you can see in the photos or walk to the beach. The pool is lovely with a pool bar too. Cost us €15 a day to upgrade from full board to all inclusive. Rooms a are comfortable and clean. Food was great. Staff very friendly

It's definitely a great value for the money. Ultimately we came to Mallorca for those perfect Calas with turquoise water and there isn't a very close one to this hotel that we liked which is why we changed and went to another hotel on the other side of the island. FYI this is a very popular area for German holidaymakers - most of the staff at the resort and the nearby Caja Rajada didn't speak English :)
