The Percy Arms is a charming country village pub with a lovely twist of South Africa The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way if you have any inquiries.
Our room for two nights was the luxury double room Ensuite was clean and very comfortable
We had two mornings of delicious breakfasts first day we had full English breakfast with tea/coffee. The last morning we had scrambled egg with bacon tea/coffee.
Large car park at side of pub.
We enjoyed our stay and would return
Would recommend 100%
Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Clean and very comfortable room with nice tea facilities, complimentary water, biscuits and luxury toiletries. Rich continental breakfast buffet with option of cooked breakfast. Good location, close to town center. Amenities, shops and restaurants are nearby at walking distance.
Regular contact from hotel prior to visit, online check in prior to arrival, online booking for car park space. Lovely room, very comfortable bed, clean, luxury toiletries, snack selection in the room is a great touch.
I loved this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was quiet, spotlessly clean and comfortable. My luxury room was luxurious. I genuinely can’t fault it and will be back like a shot if I am called to Guildford.
Great High Street location. Friendly staff & nice touches like water & sweets in the room. We booked a luxury suite & we were given the bridal suite which was just lovely & full of character. Great bathroom with roll top bath, shower & Jack & Jill sinks.
The jacuzzi bath tub was a saver, other wise our night would have been worst.
Spa was packed and facilities seem basic , more like a leisure gym and not spa relaxation luxury .
On arrival we were met by friendly staff who were attentive and relaxed. The room was clean and well presented; much bigger than we expected. Although the bar and restaurant were clearly popular the room was quiet and the breakfast was perfect. The food seems locally sourced and our luxury breakfast of smoke salmon and scrambled eggs was perfect. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The food, both breakfast and evening meals were comparable for the area.
Foyer and lobby areas were newly refurbished and fantastic, but the staff were exceptional. Stayed in many hotels, but the staff here were better than anywhere else, including 5* plus resorts. super helpful, friendly & engaging with the children.
Loved the spa area..very clean and spacious, hotel has a luxury feel as you walk through.Room was of a good size
