It was so beautiful. Felt like a luxury stay. And the gardens were splendid.

Wonderful, small touches that made our stay feel luxury. Real attention to detail with the furnishings.  We are vegan and were offered a fantastic vegan breakfast.

It was suppose to be a fun trip for my family and they were disappointed. At check-in my family was told that the reservation had been cancelled and then they were left standing at the desk. After a phone call to me in Spain and checking up in my Booking.com. account the reservation was finally found by the 3rd employee. My family told me the best was the close proximity to Chessington but the resort was not up to par. Pity...

I Didn’t have breakfast but I loved the ambience of the hotel and would like to try the breakfast next time I really needed a break alone to relax and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly I loved using the jacuzzi and swimming in the Pool at night which I had to myself For a while so total luxury Just wish I had noticed the outside Pool l too but next time I will definitely use it

This hotel is a haven of luxury in the most beautiful location of Frensham ponds. It exceeded my expectations. Friendly, smart and respectful staff also. The room was warm and cosy .lovely curtains and a fantastic modern power shower.
