    The room was clean & comfortable, although slightly dated. Breakfast was excellent, car parking was adequate. The hotel is very central, making it easy to travel to and from. Enjoyed the stay very much!

    Resturant is a Happy Eater Chain so the value and prices are very good. This resturant was very busy so it can be very hard to get a table and service on some evenings. Car parking for may rooms is directly outside the rooms that are all like seperate chalets. The are ideal and perfect.

    There is ample parking next to the hotel and out of hours access is easy through the side door in the car park, once you have booked in and have a key fob. There was no noise at night so the room was quiet. The room was clean with plenty of tea, coffee etc supplied and more on request and plenty of clean fluffy towels. This hotel would be great for someone only needing a bed to sleep in as the facilities are sparse. The staff and owners were very friendly, when they were there, and locals in the bar were very friendly.

    The Charnwood Arms is a pub with accommodation, with good access to the MI and other major roads in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is free parking at the rooms. The room was all I needed, a comfortable bed, place to work, and en-suite bathroom. Food in the evening was good and exceptional value compared to other places I have been staying at since covid 19 restrictions were lifted. Breakfast from 07.00am, with good breakfast.
