Svetlana was a brilliant host - very welcoming and looked after us. Nothing was too much bother and even offered us refreshments on arrival. The room - was very comfortable. Lovely bedding, teas/ coffees, water and some biscuits. The bed was very comfortable - had a great sleep as area was very quiet. Shower & bathroom was spotless. Shower was very powerful and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied. Breakfast - we were asked our preferences the night before including a time we would like to have breakfast. The breakfast itself was beautiful. A mix of hot, cold, fruits, coffee/tea or water. Really wonderful.

Great parking, Great location…. No complaints….(except wishing to stay an extra day…😬). One personal niggle, the curtains don’t keep enough light out (they actually don’t fully cover the windows & the glass door has no curtain), so if you’re a ‘light sensitive’ sleeper this might disturb you. It wouldnt stop me from booking again, but….

Such a beautiful and cozy little Annex, finished to a high standard with beautiful attention to detail. With everything you could possibly need and good quality products. Lovely and clean and smells beautiful. Very comfortable bed. I loved the location of the property and it has a beautiful outside decking area to sit in the sun and admire the views and the birds. The hosts are very kind and hospitable I felt really relaxed and comfortable. Thank you so much, I will be staying again soon.

Perfectly beautiful, newly renovated room with incredible view. Giant bed with crispy clean bedding and comfy pillows. Amazing shower. Thick, fluffy towels. Amazing restaurant. Best stay ever.

    Very friendly welcome. Cleanliness, very comfy bed, very spacious bathroom with great shower. Recommendation of great Italian restaurant. Very quiet location. Easy free parking. Nearby nature reserve for sea views and leafy and clifftop walks.

    A very ingenius garage adaption utilising the space well and including everything that we required. The property was easy to find and Nicki was friendly and helpful. The car parking space was private.

    Incredible location, overlooking the harbour and very close to the beach, fort town! Very comfortable and super clean, with car parking. It was wonderful watching the boats in the harbour. Own bathroom, shared kitchen and everything super clean. A few minutes walk from the beach, and five minutes from the town and ferry. The local pub Hope Inn serves superb homemade food! Plenty to do in the area, Fort and Beachy Head.

    My hostess was cheerful and.welcoming. The accommodation was bright, airy and clean with a comfortable bed, black out blinds and modern TV. WiFi access was provided as were tea making facilities. The bathroom was spotless. Car parking was on the street below the bedroom window so no concern about leaving the van in a remote location. Ideal for me as I just needed somewhere quiet and comfortable to sleep while on a weekend course. The local, big brand alternative was five times the price.
