Nicely decorated; comfortable; coffee and tea making capabilities; good wifi; very clean; good value; access to airport via15 minute walk to Marta station or inexpensive uber- would stay again!

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I had requested a suite for three people, but upon arrival, the room was missing basic necessities—there were no bed covers, no towels, no trashcan, and the room phone was not working. I reported these issues to staff and was told they would be resolved the following day, but they were not. Around 4:00 am night, the fire alarm suddenly went off. With no working phone in the room, I was unable to call the front desk and felt unsafe leaving the room without knowing what was going on. It was a very stressful and unsettling situation. On Day 3—Mother’s Day—I was in the room with friends, and the phone was still not functioning. The fire alarm went off again. I spoke with Rosemary, the same staff member who had previously assured me the phone would be fixed. She dismissed the alarm by blaming the weather. By this point, I was completely frustrated and simply looking forward to leaving by 5:00 AM. This experience fell far below what I expected in terms of comfort, safety, and basic hospitality. I hope you will take steps to address these issues so future guests do not have to go through the same situation.

Next to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, this Atlanta hotel offers free airport shuttle service. Each guest room offers a 32-inch flat-screen TV, soundproofed windows, and WiFi.

I rebooked my flight for the next day, due to multiple delays. So, I liked the shuttle service to the airport in the morning. The restaurant was open late, which was much needed (Bar staff excellent).

    The lobby smelled, there was no hot water, the room wasn't clean, and we had to pay a $50.00 cash deposit. We gave the man $100, and he handed us $40 back, saying he had no change. Granted, we did receive that $60 deposit back at check out....parking lot was full. The breakfast was horrible. I wouldn't stay here again
