Check in was at 3. We were there 15 minutes early. Lady at counter said nope not till 3. Was very rude. Then at 3 on the dot. I went back to the counter and I had to wait till they were done talking before they would check us in. More rudness. Beds were not comfy either. For the price should at least have nice staff.
