Great location close to the shoreline in North Vancouver offering a beautiful view on the skyline of Vancouver. Very close to the Seabus station making it very convenient to reach downtown Vancouver. Hotel has a large swimming pool and a whirlpool as well as a sauna. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is very friendly. Good restaurant in the lobby - breakfast is a la carte - and also a lot of food options in the immediate vicinity.

The room looked exactly like the pictures. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the staff and the cleanliness. Every staff member including the housekeepers and even the door guard was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our day every single day. We would definitely be back !!

Situated within 200 metres of Waterfront Centre Mall Vancouver and Vancouver Lookout at Harbour Centre, EXchange Hotel Vancouver features rooms with air conditioning. Free WiFi is available.

Great location 4 min walk from Vancouver cruise terminal. Hotel immaculate and staff in the lobby to assist with luggage etc as reception is on a higher floor. Room Deluxe King was perfect Small fridge with fresh milk, kettle and coffee maker all replenished daily. Shower was large and the water was powerful and hot, they provide a hairdryer, bath robes slippers and even a hand held clothes steamer. Everything you needed was at a touch of a button, literally via an ipad. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and the harbour, I felt safe(as a solo traveller) walking to restaurants in the evening. There is a restaurant, but I was out on excursions so didn't go. They did have a 3hr happy hour everyday ... The staff are amazing, so polite and helpful...I wouldn't hesitate to recomend this hotel.. In fact I will be booking again soon.
