Set in Lechlade, 15 km from Cotswold Water Park, The Lakes By YOO offers accommodation with a sauna, spa facilities and a steam room.

The breakfast was magnificent, as good an English breakfast as I have eaten. We had heard great things about the restaurant and wished we had booked dinner there too following our breakfast, but we went int the local for pub grub instead. The room was very clean, fresh and well styled. The spa and gym was impressive. I had a massage and Charlotte did a terrific job of removing some knots from neck and back. It was also the most comfortable massage bed I have ever been on.

Warm, efficient welcome from staff, comfortable, warm room nicely decorated. The food was impeccable. Dog friendly both in the rooms and the pub. If you’re looking for a remote location this is spot on, the lanes are bumpy so just make sure you have an appropriate car!

Self catering, so the breakfast was excellent. But seriously, the accommodation and location were perfect and very dog friendly. Free wi-fi so lack of a television was not a problem for me.

Location was perfect, just what we wanted for walks along river with our dog. Friendly pub & locals, lovely food & friendly staff, hugh garden leading down to river for evening drinks. The room was clean & the bed was comforatable although too small. Very dog friendly.
