We loved the view, trail, proximity to the beach and layout of the house!! It was absolutely beautiful!! We also loved the open floor plan with PLENTY of seating for family time, games, meals, etc... The hot tub was fantastic and a great size!! We also appreciated the home being pet- friendly...
