CHAO is awarded as the Best Urban Lifestyle Hotel by Condé Nast Traveler Gold List 2021. The staff was very friendly and incredibly efficient. The hotel had a wonderful ambiance and everything in the room was perfect, you rarely see such attention to detail. Very comfortable bed!

베이징 내 이상적인 곳에 자리한 Happy Dragon Imperial Garden Courtyard --Newly renovated French Window with garden view, Close to Lama Temple Forbidden City&Subway Nearby &free coffee & Free laundry&English... Position is great , and yes its not a corporate Hotel , but the rooms were high tech! Fast internet , and everything is electronic and brand newly renovated with the best linen and pillows I had in a hotel ever , then the pillar of this Hotel is the staff, that went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and part of the family , we were their over a public holiday and they still managed to arrange us toors to all the places we wanted to see!!! I am not mentioning names of the staff as I am scared I leave anyone out!!! They are all Fantastic , if you want a real experience of Beijing then please book the Happy Dragon ! Ps breakfast is a combination of traditional with a western flair , and it was delicious! To the owner - your staff is amazing!!!!

The host was very helpful throughout the stay. Place was clean and neat, bed is comfortable, which was important for travellers to rest adequately 🤗 The breakfast was made by the host herself. It was beautifuly presented and delicious too. She also offered us a dumpling wrapping activity with a small top up fee. It was an authentic local experience so I'd recommend that too. Overall happy with my stay here, and I'd definitely recommend it to all travellers!

Incredibly helpful staff, very clean, lovely food and good value for money. They were more than happy to give us tips and help arrange an airport transfer. The owner also cooks very well:)
