Not overlooking any houses from the living room (you can see gardens and woodland beyond). Handy location for Brechin Train Station (heritage railway). I like that there was a chest of toys, books and games, great to amuse the kids. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, but also could hang washing outside.
