The lake view from our room was incredible. The entire team was so overly kind, helpful and made us feel so welcome. Anything we needed they were so attentive! The assortment of food and gluten free options for celiacs was great and Sooo appreciated! Kitchen and dining staff were attentive and helpful and very well organized.

    DidNOT Like that we Did not get room cleaned. Asked 3x and they brought towels and took all soap dispensers and forgot to return . Small kids in room,no cleaning, no SOAP.2nd day cleaners wehadto request angain and they forgot again. Returned from pool with kids at 3;30 and had to request again, they said they would come now but we had to get kids ready, so we told them 4:30 to clean. Had to physically get towels and the soap dispensers from a staff member . What a joke

    Super clean resort with lots to do! Free use of mountain bikes and walking trail across road-same property. Picturesque views! Great swimmable walkout lake.

    Rooms and facilities were excellent. Outdoor heated pools (we took a dip despite cold weather), well maintained tennis courts, lake front (we didn't swim as it was mid Oct), next to golf course. Apart from rooms, there are independent chalets/condos available.
