The Villa is beautiful and so does the grounds. The room was very nice, and the balcony was beautiful. Communication with the hotel was excellent and all questions were answered on time. Checking in and out was easy. Breakfast buffet was good and fresh (except for service which I will write below).

Our hostess took the roll of being our Italian mom. She is hospitable, kind, and very informative. We needed help several times booking transportation due to the language barrier and she was always more than willing to assist.
If you're an animal lover, you will be in heaven! Her two retrievers are the sweetest greeters. Cats, donkeys, horses, and alpacas are all living the Italian villa dream!
Over the weekends, they open up their restaurant. Breakfast is ready every morning! You have your own kitchen, so be sure to bring snacks.
We made the mistake of not booking a rental car from the airport ahead of time and this did provide some challenges. Taxis in Bologna city are plentiful but out in Castel San Pietro they are harder to book. There is a close by train that is fast and takes you right into the city, but you'll need a car to get you to and from the train station and booking the taxi is unreliable.

Awesome owner, great property, killer views. It's hidden and quiet, the outdoor space is very comfortable and spacious. The room was also spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely come back.

Host Sisi and Roberto are the nicest hosts ever. Breakfast was great, pool is sparkling clean and inviting。 Scenery around the property is unbelievably beautiful. Bed is very comfy and bathroom so big and clean.
We had such a great time relaxing at the Villa after a long day at the race track!

Good and quite location not far from center. Very nice and helpfull host. Drinks, fruit and sweets at welcome. Clean, modern, spacious appartmanet. Great indoor swimming pool. Easy parking at the property. Pizzeria with gluten freen pizzas close by.
