    Breakfast Buffet was Great. The restaurant Captain always went above and beyond his call of duty to take care of us. The swimming pool was always very clean and kept up.

    Excellent staff, really polite and helpful. Rooms were cool enough. Swimming pool was very nice. The hotel is an excellent venue for a wedding. Without question the best hotel in Butuan City. The attached restaurant catered my wedding and did a great job. They have quite an extensive menu for casual dining. ATM and shop very close by + coffee shop and cake shop. Security staff were also excellent (diligent). The hotel is less than 10 minutes by taxi from either Robinson's mall or SM Mall.

    in general the location is not so bad. The guards are very friendly and helpful! Desk staff is funny and is trying to help in each and every situation.. Breakfast is very simple... it can improve a lot. The rooms upstairs are with a nice view to all amusements, like swimming pool etc. Downstairs is more noisy ...as all people walking in your front.

    Really great staff, very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Great swimming pool and music in the restaurant. Buffet Breakfast was very enjoyable by the pool.

    I love Watergate, I have stayed at several different hotels in Butuan City and this is the best. Clean comfortable rooms with good Wi-Fi TV and warm showers. I also love that they have a small refrigerator and water boiler. The swimming pool is fun and the free breakfast is always amazing. What makes this place the best in the city is the staff, they are a 10 out of 10 for sure.
