Front desk attendant was very kind and accommodating. I was stranded by the ice storm and he showed compassion and kindness which was very appreciated.
Very clean room, bathroom smelled clean but not too much like chemicals.

As always, we stay at the Hilton when we are skiing granite. We like to stay here, because the higher price kind of keeps out a lot of Riff raff. It is always clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant seems to have lost a little quality. We got some dirty dishes, and there were bugs and dust and stuff in our water. But that was probably just because those containers probably just hadn't been used in a while. Just needed a rinsing. No big deal. I'm usually not one to complain, but that was my experience. Not really complaining. All the staff was really helpful and friendly. We came late, so the food on the buffet line was a little bit on the older side, but like I said we came late so I don't complain. Last weekend we stayed at another hotel in wausau, and it was yet another reminder why I like the Hilton the best.

Our hotel room was spacious and clean. The location was great, close to a variety of restaurants. It also has easy access to the highway and is close to the Rib Mountain shopping area.
"Does it have a pool?" is probably one of the most common booking questions no matter where you're looking to stay. These hotels offer a great way to get some exercise without having to hit the gym on your vacation. Indoor pools let you practice your backstroke come rain or shine, while outdoor options are perfect for relaxing in the sun after swimming a few laps.
The reception area was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The pool area was a nice big area too.
