A hairdryer is offered in the private bathroom. The stand-out aspect of this hotel for us was the quality of the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful at all points throughout our stay (from having complementary apples in the lobby, to helping with luggage to and from the room/taxi, to also bringing us the amenities we requested directly to our room, to getting us new rental bikes when we discovered a problem with one of them), and were available to help at any hour of the day. They were also able to safely store our luggage for over a day when we took a day trip to Victoria before returning to stay one more night. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice coffee machine (and pods) included. The view from the room was also quite nice, and there were plenty of facilities available (pool, sauna, hot tub) for those wanting to spend more time at the hotel and relax. For the affordable price, the hospitality and slight feeling of luxury provided completely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has an indoor pool, fitness centre and a 24-hour front desk. Beautiful, elegant hotel with super comfy bed, luxury shower, fridge and robes. Location felt safe and accessible. Concierge kindly looked after our bags before check-in as we had a trip planned to the island.

The property is less than 1 km from Bridgeport Skytrain Station, and within 2 km of the city centre. Amazing stylish and very welcoming hotel to stay in. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Decor is so beautifully done throughout the hotel. Had a chance to have some cocktails and table food on aerival which was delish and the barman was very helpful and accommodating - delicious cocktails. Finished my vacation with an early morning swim, water was nice and warm and a delicious breakfast at Bruno.... very delicious and a great price.
