I will start off by rating the view and location of the hotel; the view you would wake up to no matter where your room is was breathtaking. Looking out the window was enough to ease your mind to start a wonderful morning. Moving on to the staff; they were very kind, understanding, and helpful during our stay. They always welcomed us with warm smiles and asked about how your stay was going whenever they had the chance to! ALL the staff there were exceptional especially William,Donna,Keith, and the Thailandi lady whom i didnt have the chance to read her name off her name tag. If i could mention all their names i would. Breakfast was amazing It had a variety of options and you could ask for meals that weren’t in the menu as long as they had their ingredients. Would totally recommend giving it a try

Modern, clean and very comfortable. Very close to airport terminal. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

After a busy day exploring the North East, or a day of hectic meetings, relax in the leisure club situated on-site at Blackwell Grange. You can enjoy a dip in the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, or a workout in the gym – or enjoy a pre-booked treatment in our beauty salon. Good choice for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was lovely. Room was comfy. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Beautiful building with with well kept surroundings.
