The view from the hotel room was unbelievable, the bed was comfortable, and the food was phenomenal. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was perfect - lots of options so that you could try a little bit of everything. The loungers by the beach and the pool were comfortable, and provided just enough shade. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome, especially Theodore and Marianna. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't wait to share my experience. **Location:** The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the old town port and local shops and restaurants. This convenience made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. **Breakfast:** Every morning started off perfectly with a delicious breakfast that featured a variety of local options. There were fresh fruits, an assortment of yogurts, and delightful pastries. Each dish was prepared with care, making breakfast a highlight of my stay. **Check-In Experience:** I encountered an issue with my booking, which was not the hotel's fault. However, the staff went above and beyond to help me correct it. They offered me a glass of cold water and a comfortable couch while sorting out the issue. Their hospitality made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. **Front Desk Staff:** The front desk team was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and even helped book a trip to Loutro. Maria, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. **Bellmen:** The bellmen were just as friendly and welcoming. Every day when we returned, they greeted us warmly, assisted with our vehicle, and offered recommendations for the next day's activities. Their friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. **Evening Entertainment:** After a night out on the town, which is conveniently only a few minutes away, we enjoyed the soothing sounds of piano music in the hotel's lounge. This added a touch of elegance and relaxation to our evenings. **Overall:** My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, delicious breakfast, and the friendly atmosphere created by both the front desk and bellmen staff made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

At a quiet and beautiful location on the coast of Kavos, Kavos Hotel & Suites boasts views over the Cretan Sea. It offers well-designed accommodation and a large outdoor pool with sun terrace.

The poolside bar offers sea views. It serves continental breakfast, snacks, cocktails and refreshing drinks. It was our second year at Kavos and we will be back for a third!! Everything was perfect.The staff is very polite and helpfull, the food is tasty and very reasonably priced, the rooms are comfy and the whole atmosfere of the hotel in very relaxed. This year they added a Spa and we were offered free massages the first day we arrived. After that we used the spa a couple of times and every time it was a very relaxing and healing experience. The rented car comes in handy if you want to visit the nearby towns of Chania and Rethymno or go to other beaches, or even if you want to go to the supermarket.
