I had a fantastic two night stay here recently to visit the Iguazu falls and catch up with friends. It’s an awesome property near the river and a quick and easy 10 minute walk to the bus terminal and middle of town, very clean and modern, lovely bathroom with hot shower. It was also quiet at night which was a bonus. Breakfast was great too with eggs, fruit, pastries, coffee and juice as well as toast and some other bits. Lara on the front desk was so friendly and helpful as well. A great stay in Iguazu!

My husband and I stayed with my parents in another suite. The view, the location, the staff... we couldn't have felt more pampered and taken care of. Worth the money for what you get.

I'd recommend to visit the brazilian and argentinian falls. Both sides sums up the whole incredible view. Brasil has a very small path. However it has, in my opinion, a really nearby experience of the falls. Argentina's park on the other hand is huge and you can let yourself wander there without even noticed it. I'd recommend you to visit the birds park in Brasil as well as the wax museum. Both parks opens at 8 in the morning and it's totally recommended to be there on time in order to avoid the mass of people walking around. I've stayed in Puerto Iguazú (Argentina) 3KM away from the center (in the farmer's zone) and traveled by bus in Argentina and by taxi to Brasil. On my opinion this was the best way to use the time as desired instead of following a strict agency schedule. There are plenty city buses (AR 13) and one special service to the national park (AR 65) which departs from the 3 hitos in the center and have several stops in the road up to the Park. It works from 7am to 7pm. In the Brasil and Misiones avenues in the center, there are a lot of restaurants and souvenir markets. You can negociate with taxi drivers the price for going to Brasil, they will wait for you on each place. I'd recommend the agency Four Tourist Travel which operates in the airport, as they are really cheap compared with the rest. In addition, the staff is really nice, helpful and kind. Don't hesitate and visit this city and the falls, Nature is calling you and I promise you won't regret!

Stayed just long enough to see the falls and that was good for us. The town's a bit run down but we found some good places to eat at the crossing of Misiones, Brasil and Perito Moreno. For crossing the border to the airport on the Brazil side it should be about 500 pesos and the taxi driver should have all of the forms for you to fill in so that you can just nip in and get your passport stamped as quickly as possible. Took us about 45 mins in total. There are buses that get you across too but they take a lot longer.
