Room was very nice, liked the modern finishings with automatic curtains and blinds. The bed was VERY comfortable and the view was lovely. Downstairs at the casino the bar staff were lovely and remembered the drink I'd previously ordered which was a nice touch. The cafe did a beautiful breakfast and the staff there were polite and helpful.

We were meant to stay from 7-16 Mar, cyclone hit and we were able to move our bookings to 28 Mar-6 Apr. We had 7 rooms during our stay (5 for 8 nights and 2 for 3 nights), x4 2 bedroom superior apts, x2 2 bedroom apts and x1 bedroom apt We did request and pay for 2 rooms on the ground. Right up until the day before we arrived, reception was not able to confirm our room numbers. If I'd known how far our 2nd room was going to be and how difficult it was going to be for our mum to go up/down the stairs to and from room, we would've asked to move rooms. We checked in quite late to the resort, so by the time we got in our room, unpacked and relaxed after our international flight, we'd already made ourselves comfortable and used the towels, bathrooms etc; when checking in I did keep telling the receptionist that we had our mum but that didn't seem to factor in her allocating the room. It was our fault for staying in the room. She just took her time walking around the resort Our room was very spacious and the arrival pack (eggs, bread, milk etc;) kids activity pack, free drinks/kids club/mini golf vouchers were much appreciated😊 even the road works outside the resort, you couldn't hear any extra noise where our rooms were located. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer. The resort having trolleys for shopping trips was handy to have. Car parking was a breeze and placed well within your room allocation. The gym was used frequently, games room visited by the kids/teenagers and the cinema was a hit with the under 5's The pools were amazing! there was something for everyone in our group (1yo to 60yo) was nice having the spas beside the pools too If something was broken or you needed an extra blanket, reported it to reception/rung house keeping and it was dealt with immediately. A1 service TIP: bring mat/old towel to use as door mat to wipe up wet floors when raining

The view was wonderful. The location was really good close to most things we needed. The patrolled beach was absolutely perfect right in front of our building. Surfers Paradise ten minutes away. We have often been disappointed with our choice but this year everything was great!!

Fantastic location with restaurant's all around. Oasis shopping centre right next door and beach is only a 300 - 400m walk. Had a great apartment and the reception staff were fantastic. Loved our stay there.

We had an awesome experience operating and living on the houseboat Seaview. For first time boaters, I highly recommend it if you are up for a different holiday experience. Navigating the waterways and islands was a nice adventure. Our 4 and 6 year old kids were on board and absolutely loved it. We encountered some challenges (newbie issues) but just figured it out along the way. The Coomera Houseboat staff were excellent, patient and a great help the whole way supporting us.
